More clients from the enquiries you already get — and closer ties with the ones you have
An enquiry form that answers in minutes. AI that reads the whole conversation before it drafts the next message. Follow-up plans that stop the moment the person replies. Festival, due-date and law-update mailers to your own clients, sent from your own mailbox. A referral link per client. A Monday brief. And a compliance guard that reads every campaign against your institute's rules before a partner approves it.
Open Growth Setup and quick start Practice CRMWhat it does
A pipeline you can read at a glance
Eight stages with your own labels and colours, an SLA per stage so an untouched lead turns amber then red, a 0–100 score with its reasons, tags, board and list views, and a search that reads the notes, the original enquiry and the whole timeline. Part of Practice itself.
Enquiries answered in minutes
A form for your website (one snippet) and your WhatsApp Business number. Each enquiry becomes a lead marked as inbound, the right person is alerted, and an acknowledgement in the firm's voice goes out naming who will call — before a competitor has read the mail.
The next message, drafted from context
On any lead or client the AI reads the notes, mails, WhatsApp exchange, proposal, open work and unpaid invoices, then writes the next e-mail or WhatsApp — in English, Hindi or Hinglish — so it follows on from the last exchange and asks for one thing. You edit; you send.
Follow-up plans that know when to stop
Day 2 call, day 5 e-mail, day 10 WhatsApp — started by hand, on a new enquiry, when a proposal goes out, when a lead reaches a stage, or when a client is onboarded. Steps can be written by the AI on the day from the latest context. Plans stop on a reply, a stage change or an opt-out. Ask for a 3-touch plan on any lead.
Campaigns to your own clients
Festival greetings, advance-tax and ITR and audit seasons, GSTR-9, ROC filings, a new circular explained in plain words, an additional service, a check-in with dormant clients. The AI drafts; you edit; a segment picks who; a partner approves; it goes out from your mailbox at a measured pace with opens, clicks, replies and unsubscribes counted, and a summary three days later.
Segments from the client master
GST-registered clients, audit clients, companies and LLPs, a city, a partner's clients, anyone dormant for six months, birthdays this month, leads above a score — saved once, counted live. Opted-out people are never included.
From your own mailbox
Gmail or Workspace with an app password, Zoho, Microsoft 365, your web host — with replies read back onto the client's timeline. Google and Microsoft sign-in for sending only. TaxCorp's server as a fallback with your address as Reply-To. Daily and hourly limits protect your domain's reputation.
Referrals the right way
A personal link per client that lands on your enquiry form. Whoever writes in through it is attributed to that client, on both timelines, and you thank them. No rewards, no commission — the guard says so if the copy tries.
Law updates from TaxCorp's own tables
The last 30 days of GST and income-tax circulars and notifications appear as suggestions: pick one, and the AI drafts a client alert — what changed, who it affects, what to send us, by when — to the clients it concerns.
The Monday brief
At 08:30 every Monday partners and managers get the funnel, the leads going cold by name, proposals expiring, plans awaiting approval, campaigns due and how the last ones landed, dormant clients, birthdays, suggested campaigns, and one paragraph on what to do first.
The compliance guard
Set your profession once. Before approval every campaign is read against ICAI Clauses 6 and 7 (or the ICSI, ICMAI or Bar Council equivalent): audience, wording, offers, fees, rewards. Warnings are shown to the approver; a partner may proceed with a written reason that stays in the audit log. Every marketing mail carries an unsubscribe link.
What the AI never does
It never sends. It never quotes fees or legal positions that are not in the record. It never writes to someone who opted out. Every send is a person's click or a plan or campaign a person approved, and every one is on the timeline.
A month in the life
Growth is an add-on to Practice, switched on per firm by TaxCorp. WhatsApp campaigns go through your own WhatsApp Business API number; without one you get a hand-send list. Sign-in with Google or Microsoft depends on TaxCorp's registration of those apps; SMTP with an app password works today.
